We're Chris and Becky, a quiet professional couple relocating to London from Manchester. I'm starting a new role in London (Farringdon) on 1 May. We have a 18-month-old baby and are looking for a calm, family-friendly place to settle into.
We're looking for a 1-bed flat or large double room, available from 1 May, ideally in South London.
A note on our situation: my wife and baby will be with me May through July. From August, my wife travels back to Peru temporarily for family reasons, so it would be just me until October, at which point we'd look to move into a longer-term family flat together. We're happy to discuss a flexible rate that reflects this.
We're tidy, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I can provide a reference from my current employer and previous landlord. We're Seventh-day Adventists, our Sabbath is Saturday, so weekends at home are genuinely peaceful.
