Sober habits professional lady looking for a room

Hello,
I am a 51-year-old professional woman looking for a furnished double room in a clean, quiet and respectful house share, ideally located close to the DVLA in Morriston or with good access to bus routes.
I will be starting a new position with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) from 5th May, so I am looking to move in from around the beginning of May.
I am of sober habits, considerate, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I value a calm and peaceful home environment and get along well with others while also appreciating personal space.
I have many years of professional experience in administrative and executive support roles and am reliable, responsible and easy to live with. I am happy to provide references, proof of employment and identification if required.
At present, I am based some distance away and unfortunately unable to attend viewings in person. I would therefore really appreciate the possibility of arranging a virtual viewing.
