Hi! I’m a 30-year-old marketing assistant looking for a friendly, comfortable place to call home between Wadebridge and Bodmin.

I’ve just got a new job based in Wadebridge, full-time in the office (Monday–Friday, 8–4), and I’m usually out during the day and often in the evenings too as I have a horse I visit most days. Because of that, I’m quite easygoing to live with, I keep things clean and tidy, respect shared spaces, and I’m not around all the time.

I’m looking for a furnished double room with a budget of around £650 per month. Parking would be a big plus. My move-in date is flexible at the moment as I’m currently living in Newquay so not in a huge rush.

I’m naturally quite independent and happy doing my own thing, but I’m also friendly and always up for a chat, I’d love a relaxed, respectful household where everyone gets along.
