Looking for an annex

Hello! I’m hopefully looking to rent somebody’s annex. Definitely not up for HMOs. Location wise, anywhere south of the Midlands, ideally somewhere between Shirley and Stratford, plus surrounding areas of this bracket. Ideally looking for a quiet location away from major roads.

I’m in professional full time employment within IT. Am a very clean and tidy person, I respect property and belongings. Pet lover, but don’t have any of my own. I am sociable but do appreciate some quiet time with a book etc.

About myself, I love to travel, enjoy the great outdoors, a fan of the arts and the occasional theatre trip.
