Looking for a room

I work in govan and I start early in the morning. Depending on where I could be getting up at 5am, and getting to bed at 9pm.

I'm considerate, I try not to disturb people. I'm clean, I'm tidy. I don't party anymore. I do play guitar now and again but I try to keep it within reasonable times. I listen to music through headphones etc. I'm into the gym, eating good food, hobbyist electronics. I'm planning on getting a 3d printer at some point.

I don't smoke, I occasionally have a beer. I'm an extremely easy going guy. My current flatmate is a disgusting mess and I'm hoping that he's an anomaly on spare room.
