Looking for a double room from June

Hello!
Im a 28 year old Landscape Architect looking for a double room within the total budget of approx 800-850 ppm.

I'm new to London , currently subleasing in a house share with a great set of people. However, I have to move out by the end of this month as my sublease comes to an end :(

I’m looking to move to a similar houseshare which is warm , friendly and welcoming . These would be the people with whom I can unwind after a whole days of work , who like doing creative or uncreative activities together and with whom I can explore more of London with!

A little about me: My interests include artistic hobbies in general , gardening ( will be a bonus if the house comes with a garden as I’d be a keen maintainer) , hiking, running and pilates. I also taken part in volunteering and community events.
