I'm a not-really fussed roommate who is looking for a roommate who's tidy and fun. I really don't mind moving anywhere in South London as long as I’m able to have quick transport to Central & East London and back and access to night buses or Tube. I currently work with the DLR as a Passenger Service Agent so whoever I live with will get free travel.
i have a budget for £700pcm excl. bills and £900pcm incl. bills however I am open to negotiation in exchange with helping out with DIY repairs within the property and personal guardianship for the landlord. i am a big fan of BBQ which i usually cook for the entire house, i have access to several streaming platforms and discounts to cinemas and restaurants and free entry to certain nightclubs as I'm involved in the nightlife and hospitality business. I also like music, going out, food and I'm kind of a sneaker freak.
