£500 Finders Fee

I am a recently retired gentleman who lives a very quiet life these days.
I have lived all over the world but have now settled in Brighton the last 15 years.
I spend most of my days in the gym.
I am very easy going and not too many things bother me.
My interests include music, film, sports and current affairs.
I can provide excellent references if needed.
The reason for the reward is because the government pays my rent which I am finding a major stumbling block to acquiring accommodation.
I am willing to pay a £500 reward on signing a contract to anyone, whether it be a landlord, a letting agent or anyone that can help me secure a tenancy in a suitable property that accepts government payment for rent.
