Looking for an Ensuite / Buddy-up

Hiya! I'm a 26 y/o marketing professional looking for a flatmate / buddy-up for a flat in the Leeds city centre from June onwards.

I've currently got a lovely flat close to Bridgewater place that my current flatmate will be moving out of at the end of May. (I've listed it in the rooms available if you want to take a look!)
I'm ideally looking for someone to take over her tenancy for the same place, but I'm also open to finding a new place with someone.

I'm typically in the office 1-2 days, and the rest wfh but I'm usually working till pretty late. In my downtime I like to work out, watch films/tv, explore new cafes, and read.

I would love to share with someone whom I can be on friendly terms with but also respects personal space and time.

I'm a clean, reserved person, pretty flexible on whatever you want to get up to as long as there's always a mutual respect.
