Aussie (29M) looking for room / buddy-up – SW / West London 🏡

Hi all — I’m a 29-year-old Aussie working in London as a data scientist (mix of WFH + office).

I’m looking for:
• Double room (ensuite or own bathroom)
• Max 1–2 housemates (not a big share)
• Outdoor space (balcony/garden)
• Areas like Richmond, Kew, Chiswick, Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham — but flexible for the right place

Budget: up to £1,500pcm (flexible for the right place)

A bit about me:
Easygoing, clean and respectful. I’m into the gym, pubs, trying new food spots and travelling (I’m away fairly often), so I’m not constantly around.

I’m keen on a place that feels like a home rather than just a flat — somewhere social where people get along, but also respect their own space.

Ready to move straight away, but also happy to wait for the right place.

Also very open to buddying up — I’ve seen some great 2–3 bed flats that would be ideal to take together.
