Looking for double room in St Albans

Ahoy,

I’m looking for a double room, ideally in St Albans or Greenwich, but to be honest, as long as it’s close to London and nice – I might be keen. Looking for 1-3 housemates ideally. I’m currently living with 7 (and that’s too many!) Massive bonus points for en-suites.

- I’m a 39-year-old freelance marketer, been doing it since 2016 – got years of tax returns
- I mostly work at home but will most likely join a co-working space in the area
- Into fitness, reading, tag rugby, running, coffee (got a machine), music, boxing, football, plant-based diet (not a preachy one though, couldn’t care less what others eat)
- Single
– I rarely drink, once or twice a month if that. Don’t want to live in a party house; don’t want to be around any drugs or smoking, not my thing

I’m currently living in Brighton in a houseshare as I tried to buy a flat in 2025 and ended up exiting the deal very late, so still at the houseshare. Looking to rent for at least a year or two!
