Room needed by professional

Hi, I’m a 27-year-old professional male, recently relocated to Manchester for an analyst role. Looking for a room with an ensuite bathroom (double bed preferred) from 1 May 2026.

I work hybrid, 2 days in the office. Clean, tidy, quiet. I don’t drink. I keep to myself but am friendly, happy to chat in the kitchen, not looking to party. Most evenings I’m working on my side projects or at the gym.

Budget: up to £750/month (including bills).

Ideal term: rolling with no deposit.

Areas: Salford Quays, Chorlton, Didsbury, Ancoats, or central Manchester.

Open to other well-connected areas.
