Looking for a lovely female flatmate

I am a tech startup founder who occasionally works from home. And I am looking for a flatmate to share a terrace house with me near Abbey Wood (on the Elizabeth line).

I am tidy and clean and would love to make our flat cute and cosy. At weekends, I like meeting my friends to do some activities together, such as hiking, running and making crafts, like pottery. I go to the gym regularly and play badminton and swim sometimes. I also have 2 instruments with me, a digital piano and a Guzheng, and I pay for them occasionally (I can plug in my headphones when I play, so it won't be loud). And I love cooking nice food and having movie nights!!

I may sometimes invite friends over, but I will always ask my flatmates' permission in advance and respect their personal space.
