Professional working couple looking for a large (ensuite) room in London.
Both work in insurance (+undergrad) & Analyst (finance).
Ideally West but open to all of London.
We dont mind buddying up or renting a room in a house.
If the room is large enough for sofa etc we are happy with out a living room.
Looking to share with clean and tidy people. Like minded. Professionals or mature students.
Budget £1000/month including bills.
Ensuite is preferred or a private bathroom. If sharing, no more then 2 people. Weekly cleaner is a must.
We are very clean, tidy, respectful of others privacy. Apart from work, we both try to live a healthy life, work out regularly.
Usually out on the weekends, home late during the week.
A decent beer garden nearby is a must.
