Hi, I’m a working professional and creative freelancer looking for a quiet, respectful and well-balanced household.

I keep a clean and organised living space, and I’m very considerate of others, especially when it comes to shared areas and maintaining a peaceful home environment. I value a home where people are friendly but also mindful of each other’s routines and need for rest.

My work schedule means I really appreciate a quiet, calm environment in the evenings and particularly overnight, so I’m ideally looking for a household with a similar mindset.

I’m easygoing, reliable with rent and bills (with a sterling CreditLadder record) and respectful of house rules. I enjoy a peaceful home atmosphere and getting along well with housemates, while also appreciating personal space.

I’m looking for:
A quiet, low-noise and respectful household - with an en-suite room for privacy (essential).
Considerate housemates (especially around night-time noise and night-time hours)
Clean and well-maintained shared spaces

Up to £750 pcm (flexible for the right place)

Location:
Preferably North London, though I’m open to other areas if the environment is right.
