35yo male professional looking for room!

Hi! I’m Adam, I’m 35! Looking for a room to move in to pretty soon as I have a promotion at work that requires me to relocate. Currently in Cardiff and need to find somewhere in Exeter from May 1st. Preferably little to no deposit would be ideal. I would like to be close to the city centre or with easy routes to get to there would be all good.

I currently work full time as a retail supervisor but will be an assistant manager at a new store opening.
I’m a chilled out, easy going guy. Very clean and tidy. I enjoy skating, travelling, music, fashion, gaming, movies, cooking and heaps more! Overall a good dude to be around. Very respectful and have great references on request.
