Looking for a decent size room in a respectable house. I am new to Exeter but have recently started working for the civil service! So will be looking for a property close to sowton, or easily accessible.
I love to socialise but also love time on my own. I do not drink or smoke, and love animals - so a bonus if you have a cat or a dog!
I am looking for somewhere kind and clean with people who are like myself - creative and fun. I would love to do activities together if this aligns (theatre, clubs, and courses) but also happy to keep myself to myself!
