Hi, I’m Tom, a 31-year-old graphic designer relocating to Manchester in mid May for a new role.

I’m currently looking for a double room in a clean, relaxed household. Ideally I’d like my own bathroom, either en-suite or private, but I’m open to the right place and setup.

A bit about me, I’m easygoing, respectful, and tidy. I’m really into fitness and health, so I spend a good amount of time at the gym or keeping active, but I also enjoy downtime and a good balance during the week. I’m always up for a chat or occasional social, but equally value personal space.

I’ll be working full time as a designer, and I’m looking to live with like minded people who are friendly, considerate, and take care of the space.

My maximum budget is around £800pcm excluding bills, but I’m open to discussing depending on the property.
