Looking for double room/bedsit with privacy

Female (29) Looking for a self contained studio or double room preferably with en-suite to give both myself and you privacy.

I am a personal trainer which requires bouts of needing to work from home, but am out a lot as well during the day. I love my job🥰

I love staying active and in my spare time to go away. I am looking to live in my own private accommodation or with someone who is easy-going and enjoys their own privacy also. I am a friendly, independent and relaxed person, I’m looking for a place alike.

I enjoying seeing friends and family and visit them from time to time, so there will be times that I’ll be out for the night and would preferably like to be able to have a couple close friends visit from time to time.

I have had a mortgage for 18 months and bills were paid always on time.

Please note on the ad I have said I don’t mind living with smokers or pets if it’s kept clean, everyone has their own preferences.
