Professional Female /w a sausage dog want to rent

Hi! I’m a 35-year-old female working at Cranfield University. I’m looking to move in from 15 May 2026 and would love to find a dog friendly double-bedroom to rent in a shared house. Studio is also posible. Parking and a tiny garden would be even better. I’m tidy and always keep the kitchen and toilet clean.

I also have a dog, Rikki — he’s a 5 (about to turn 6)-year-old male sausage dog. He’s very affectionate, loves people and cuddles, fully toilet trained, and well past the puppy “destroy everything” stage.

Due to a unique arrangement with my previous landlord—we were both too attached to say goodbye—we share ownership of Rikki. As a result, he splits his time between two households and won't be at the property full-time.
