Professional looking for furnished room

Hey, my name’s Ella :)

I’m looking for a new home in south/central Manchester.
I currently live in Chorlton and would love to stay in the area, but I’m also open to Whalley Range or Didsbury.

I work full time (Mon–Fri). I typically spend my evenings in the kitchen attempting to cook something edible before heading to bed at a reasonably early hour.

I don’t drink much and have no interest in living in a party house, but I don’t mind a cheeky pint or glass of wine here and there. I love going out for dinner, live music, trying new classes and generally being social.

As a housemate I’d say I’m understanding and considerate. I’m really clean/tidy and enjoy being house proud. I'm looking for a longerterm, stable situation with a tenancy agreement.
I have a lot of houseplants and some of my own furniture, so ideally the room would be part furnished. I don’t drive but I do cycle, so secure bike storage is essential. Other than that, it’s all about the vibes 🌞

Please note - the cat (Marli) and I are a package deal. I understand if pets aren’t suitable, but she’s very low maintenance and used to shared living.
