Double room wanted

Hello,

I’m a civil servant who lives in Hove and my contract in this current place is up so i'm looking for a new place to call home :)

A bit about me: I’m into yoga and regency period art. I love gigs that end before 11pm, and I have a dream of owning a home library. While I don’t drink, I’m always up for the occasional social night out (though I’m more of a Sunday brunch and indoor film kind of person).

I’m looking for a place near a station for my London commute a 2/3 times a week (not a deal breaker though) and I have a “blue mind” so bonus if it’s near the sea too. Happy to live with other female professionals/mature students or a live-in landlord (if the latter, I’d love to make the space my own and avoid feeling like a permanent guest ).
