House share or room wanted

Hello and thanks for checking my profile. I'm hoping to find a stable arrangement and neutral space. I respect needing to share with others settled within current arrangements, crucially where demonstrating support for an open and inclusive house share is expected.

I work weekdays and will be keeping this routine for the foreseeable. I'm especially keen for semi-rural or town houses, close to transport links, but will happily consider any option if the right arrangement comes along.

I'm actively seeking tenancy out and away from the west of Cornwall; I've lived in Cornwall for many years through the COVID pandemic, previously Devon, Cardiff and Somerset. I've honoured many tenancy arrangements now over 20 years. I've lived with those from many different walks of life now looking to secure a good arrangement in a concurrent working household.

I'm both principled to my own needs but very accepting to those who also have their own patterns for work, lifestyle but who also enjoy meeting new people all the same.
