Professional Male Looking for Room/Buddy Up!

I'm a 30-year-old Analyst at Deloitte looking for a room or a buddy up. I work from home 1–3 days a week, so ideally need a room big enough to double as a workspace.
Outside of work I play badminton most Saturday mornings, enjoy hiking, gigs, and the occasional wild camp. I've also been a landscape photographer for over 10 years and have recently got into shooting 35mm film.
What I'm looking for
I spend most nights at my partner's place down the Bay, so I'll rarely be around in the evenings — I'm really just after a base to sleep, work, play Football Manager, and store my things. Low-key and easy-going as housemates go!
