Looking for a new cozy home

I'm having to move out of my lovely Hoxton home of 7 years to look for a new place.

Looking for a small household (max 3 people incl me), ideally with access to a 3rd space (living room or garden) and a decent sized kitchen for cooking.

I'm a scientist who likes going out for swing dancing, quizzing, walking around a park with a good audiobook.

At home I prioritise peace and comfort, somewhere I can put on a good album, play a game, or sit down with a book or film. I love to garden, and cooking is my meditation.
