Please do not contact me if the room doesn't have an en suite, this includes a separate bathroom. Really not interested unless it has en suite. I am a professional male aged 46 looking for a double room. I have a budget of £1300 pcm. Room must have an en suite. I’m tidy and quiet, I do leave early morning though and get back late ish. I’d like a modern clean room, ideally a good size to feel comfortable in. Really hoping to find something that suits. I don't mind paying a premium, however, I require a good shower and modern furniture
I also require secure parking, driveway is great I just don't want to be parking on the road or having to get a permit
